Errors occasionally occur at the trial court level which may require review of the case and its outcome. 

Where a significant error has occurred, Samantha Ansinelli is prepared to manage any necessary appeal before the Superior Court, the Court of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and/or by pursuing any necessary investigation, habeas, or Rule 32 Petition and relief.
