Samantha attended the University of Arizona for her undergraduate studies and attended the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. Samantha has also studied abroad in Guanajuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. While there, she served local rural schools, as well as a community resource center aiding victims of domestic violence.
Samantha previously clerked with the Honorable Kenneth Lee (Ret.) at the Superior Court in Pima County. She has significant experience in civil, criminal, and administrative law litigation. Samantha has conducted numerous jury trials, bench trials, and contested hearings in civil, criminal, and administrative matters, and has obtained favorable verdicts and outcomes for her clients in each area. Together, these experiences have made Samantha particularly mindful of the court's view of legal issues and arguments that should be litigated and preserved while any case is at the trial court level. Samantha believes in the importance of providing well-rounded representation for her clients and brings extensive experience in preparing thorough written and oral advocacy, having appeared countless times before administrative boards and the local State and Federal Courts in Arizona. She has achieved success on behalf of her clients at all points of litigation and appeal.
