S A M A N T H A

A N S I N E L L I , ESQ.

is Tucson, Arizona native and lifetime Arizona resident. Samantha was born and raised here in the Old Pueblo, and is proud to serve this community. Samantha attended the University of Arizona for her undergraduate studies where she graduated magna cum laude. Samantha spent the months immediately following her graduation by studying abroad in Guanajuato, Mexico. While there, she served local rural schools, as well as a community resource center aiding victims of domestic violence in addition to other family and civil matters.

Samantha attended law school at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, the youngest student enrolled in her class at the time. While there, Samantha focused her studies on developing her litigation skills and by representing clients in court throughout seven semesters in various clinical practice settings. Post-graduation, Samantha clerked with the Office of Children's Counsel, where she primarily wrote appellate briefs to the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court. She later clerked with the Honorable Kenneth Lee at the Pima County Superior Court. Together, these experiences have made Samantha particularly mindful of the court's view of legal issues and arguments that should be preserved and litigated while any case is at the trial court level.

Samantha is among a select number of practitioners who have significant experience in civil, criminal, administrative, and appellate matters. She has conducted numerous bench trials, jury trials, and contested hearings in civil, criminal, and administrative matters, and has received favorable verdicts and outcomes for her clients in each area. Samantha believes in the importance of providing well-rounded representation for her clients and brings extensive experience in written and oral advocacy, having appeared countless times before administrative boards, the State and federal Courts of Arizona, and achieving success at all points of litigation and appeal.
